Shipping Eligibility – U.S. Addresses Only
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and the
District of Columbia.
 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international
locations.
 Orders with non-U.S. addresses will be canceled.
Order Processing Time
 Orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding
holidays).
 Orders placed after 4 PM Central Time or on weekends/holidays will be
processed the next business day.
 Processing time may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or due to unforeseen
circumstances.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Expedited Shipping 7–10 business days $12.99 or Free over $199
 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather
conditions, or other factors.
 We recommend budgeting in a couple more days to account for global carrier
delays.
 Expedited shipping options may not be available for all locations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking
number. You can track your package via:

If you do not receive tracking information within five business days, please contact us.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:
 Delays caused by shipping carriers.
 Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
 Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
