Refund policy

At CozyU, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our clothing and accessories. If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process for all
online orders.
Return Eligibility
 Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or
exchange.
 Condition:
o Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and
packaging intact.
o Items that have been damaged, stained, or show signs of wear will not be
accepted.
 Eligible Products:
o Clothing & Accessories (jackets, sweaters, scarves, gloves, hats, etc.)

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
 Final Sale Items (as indicated at the time of purchase)
 Personalized or Customized Items
 Undergarments & Socks (for hygiene reasons)
 Gift Cards
Return Methods (Online Orders Only)
Since we operate exclusively as an online store, all returns must be processed via mail through
our Returns Portal.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Start Your Return:
o Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order details.
o Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a return reason.
2. Print Your Prepaid Return Label:
o Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label
via email.
o If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please note that return shipping
costs are your responsibility.
3. Pack & Ship Your Return:
o Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging.
o Affix the prepaid return label and drop off your package at any USPS location.

Important:
 Returns without an approved Return Authorization (RA) from our Returns Portal will
not be accepted.
 If you choose to use your own shipping method, we highly recommend using a
trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds & Processing Time
 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the
return is received and inspected.
 Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for the
refund to be processed.
 Billing Cycles: Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement,
depending on your payment provider.
 Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a
defective or incorrect item.
Note: If you used a gift card or store credit, your refund will be issued as store credit.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
1. Return the original item following our return process.
2. Place a new order for the correct item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue to our Customer Service team.
3. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it:
 You can return it for store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
