Refund policy
At CozyU, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our clothing and accessories. If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process for all
online orders.
Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or
exchange.
Condition:
o Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and
packaging intact.
o Items that have been damaged, stained, or show signs of wear will not be
accepted.
Eligible Products:
o Clothing & Accessories (jackets, sweaters, scarves, gloves, hats, etc.)
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Final Sale Items (as indicated at the time of purchase)
Personalized or Customized Items
Undergarments & Socks (for hygiene reasons)
Gift Cards
Return Methods (Online Orders Only)
Since we operate exclusively as an online store, all returns must be processed via mail through
our Returns Portal.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Start Your Return:
o Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order details.
o Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a return reason.
2. Print Your Prepaid Return Label:
o Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label
via email.
o If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please note that return shipping
costs are your responsibility.
3. Pack & Ship Your Return:
o Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging.
o Affix the prepaid return label and drop off your package at any USPS location.
Important:
Returns without an approved Return Authorization (RA) from our Returns Portal will
not be accepted.
If you choose to use your own shipping method, we highly recommend using a
trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds & Processing Time
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the
return is received and inspected.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for the
refund to be processed.
Billing Cycles: Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement,
depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a
defective or incorrect item.
Note: If you used a gift card or store credit, your refund will be issued as store credit.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
1. Return the original item following our return process.
2. Place a new order for the correct item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue to our Customer Service team.
3. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it:
You can return it for store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
